How will you pass on your skills and expertise to others? How will you ensure the ethos and culture remains as you continue to grow your business? How do leaders "let go" and delegate?

This is available for you as the business leader or it may be you wish to access this for one of your co-directors. The eligibility and funding information can be found by following the link below

Examples of how you can use the funding are:
All through one-to-one coaching and mentoring or tailored training sessions
Costs:
Part 1 - £500 of development fully funded
Part 2 - Up to £500 of further matched funding (i.e you contribute and the L&M Service matches your contribution).
This means that, in total, for a maximum contribution of £500 you can access £1500 worth of development.
(For all costs you pay the training provider and then reclaim the contributions back from the L&M Service - see the above link for further details)

After you have applied someone from Leadership & Management Specialist Advisory Service (L&M Service) will be in touch with you to discuss your needs and ensure you are eligible for the funding. You can choose any training provider you wish and the L&M Service may make recommendations to you.
